30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email sassycreativeshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send an item back before your return has been approved. If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return instructions and return location by email. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Custom, personalized, and special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Gift cards and items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item, size, or colour is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order after the return is approved.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel or return eligible goods within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions, including certain personalized or custom-made products.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
